Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact and in the same condition as received.
A clear unboxing video is provided at the time of raising the request.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 7 days.
If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If you paid via COD, you will need to share your bank account details and the refund will be transferred directly to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene concerns and government regulations. These include:

Personal care and hygiene products
Inner and nightwear apparel
Beauty, skincare, and wellness products
Medical equipment and other personal-use items

Such products are only eligible for a refund if the item received is incorrect or defective.

Cancellation Refund

If your order is cancelled by us due to unavoidable reasons, you will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before shipment), your refund will also be processed within 7 days if paid online.

Important Notes

An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund requests. Without this video, we cannot process your request.
Please retain the courier box label. Do not discard it or hand it over to anyone, including the delivery agent, as it is required to process your refund.
Refund requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
