Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed are not eligible for replacement or exchange. Items marked as final sale or clearance are also non-exchangeable. Please review all product details carefully before making your purchase.
We will replace or exchange all other products within 3 days of delivery.
When opening the courier box, please record a video that clearly shows the contents and the label. This video will be required as proof to support any claim for a refund or exchange. Without video proof, no refund or exchange will be processed.
We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. The request will only be accepted if you provide a proper unboxing video of the courier box, clearly showing that the product received was damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
You may return the product unworn and unwashed, with its original invoice, tags, and packaging, in the same condition as received, for an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Note: To process any replacement or exchange, you must keep the courier box label with you. Do not discard it or hand it over to anyone, including the delivery agent, as without this slip we cannot process your request.
